the full measure of eternity. We cannot even think in terms like that. The best thing we can say is it is going to be forever. We will see Jesus, and we will be with Him forever. I Corinthians 2:9 says, Eye hath not seen, nor ear heard, neither have entered into the heart of man, the things which God hath prepared for them that love Him. Friends, heaven is a place beyond words. But we know with absolute assurance that we will see Jesus. There’s an old hymn - Oh, That Will be Glory by Charles H. Gabriel - that says it so beautifully:
Friends will be there I have loved long ago; Joy like a river around me will flow; Yet just a smile from my Savior, I know, Will through the ages be glory for me.
If you know Jesus, that’s what’s ahead for you and me.
