A Rural Celebration of International Women’s Day by Todd Copeland, General Manager The CF Middlesex Business Help Centre Community Futures Middlesex (CF Middlesex) is excited to be hosting our seventh annual International Women’s Day Symposium and Luncheon at the Lucan Biddulph Community Centre, Friday, March 8th, 2024, 11:00 am to 3:00 pm. This will be the first time we have been able to host this event in person since 2020. Prepare to be inspired (#InspireInclusion). Our event program includes a series of fireside discussions and presentations involving inclusive female entrepreneurs, a rising star in women’s health innovation, women-in-leadership and women supporting women through the sharing of experience, knowledge, skillsets, resources, support, and mentorship. Collectively, participants will demonstrate the benefits of building an environment of increased diversity, inclusion, networking, engagement, and support. A limited number of tickets will be available for $40.00 to attend our event in person. Juno Award Nominated Singer, Songwriter and Author, Emm Gryner, will be returning as our keynote speaker. Sponsored by Libro Credit Union. Our lunch and networking breaks will feature food, drink, and dessert selections from rural Middlesex County small business owners and an opportunity to connect with our event partners and sponsors. CF Middlesex has partnered with Tractus to elevate the experience provided for individuals who choose to attend in person or virtually.
