Exercise Essential Try this simple exercise to help you feel better! If you experience any pain or difficulty with this exercise, call an Elite Physical Therapist to help you. Strengthens shoulders BRACE - BICYCLE While lying on your back with your knees bent, raise up both feet and straighten one out in front of you. Then return the leg back and straighten the other. Use your stomach muscles to keep your spine frommoving. Perform 10 repetitions. Wishing you every happiness this holiday season and through out the coming year!
