ORRIS COUNTY, NJ — Value Com- panies, Inc. has launched leasing for Phase Two of The Point at Gate - ways, a residential commu- nity within Value Compa- nies’ Gateways at Randolph multifamily property in Mor - ris County. Phase Two intro - duces 24 additional two-bed - room/two-bathroom homes. In Phase One of The Point at Gateways, Value Companies, Inc. constructed eight two- bedroom/two- and one-half bathroom townhome units each with their own private M

garage and driveway. The development of The Point at Gateways follows remodeling and expansion of the Gateways at Randolph’s new clubhouse and leasing center. Residents of The Point at Gateways have access to the clubhouse, which includes an event space with a catering kitchen and outdoor balco - nies, a children’s playroom and video gaming lounge, workstations, billiards, and large-screen televisions. The surrounding grounds feature a pool with a sundeck, a fit - ness center, new barbecue

areas, and a playground. Phase Three of The Point at Gateways will include 36 more two-bedroom/two-bath - room homes. When all phases of construction are complete, The Gateways at Randolph will be one of the largest multifamily properties in the state, with over 1,000 units in the community. MAREJ Kinsley announces construction on DE & MD projects DELAWARE/MARYLAND — Construction is underway on Four Winds Farm, a new residential community located along Shingle Point Rd. in Milton, DE. In February, Kin- sley Construction , the site work contractor, broke ground on the first three phases of development. These initial phases span 65 acres and will include 109 residential lots, a community pool with club - house, roadway improvements required by DelDOT, off-site water infrastructure and a wastewater pumping station. The full Four Winds Farm community, being developed by Lennar , will encompass eight phases and a total of 366 single-family homes. Comple - tion of the entire project is an- ticipated by November 2028. In Maryland, site work prep - aration is underway for a new 1,023,120 s/f industrial ware - house at the former Rhoton Farm just north of Huyett’s Crossroads off Greencastle Pike in Washington County. Kinsley Construction, serv - ing as the site work contrac- tor, is working alongside General Contractor Cone- wago Enterprises, Inc. and Civil Engineer Frederick Seibert & Associates to de- liver earthwork, storm sewer, stormwater management, sanitary sewer, water infra- structure, concrete curbs and weir walls, paving and off- site SHA improvements. The 90-acre site requires moving approximately 500,000 cubic yards of dirt and installing 20,000 feet of pipe. Developer and project own - er, Trammell Crow Com- pany , has leased the building to a company who is a global provider of kitchenware, ta - bleware and other products used in the home. Occupancy is scheduled for first quarter of 2026. MAREJ
