ORFAC Interna- tional announced the winners of our 2024 COR$TAR Awards, which rec - ognize members for their in- network referral transactions. The awards were announced during CORFAC’s 2025 Spring Conference in Los Angeles. Top Office Referral Eric Anderson, Capac- ity Commercial/CORFAC International , Portland, Or - egon, and Phill Tomlinson, COPT leases 48,000 s/f to defense contractor at Franklin Center COLUMBIA, MD — COPT Defense Properties has executed a 10-year lease with a top 10 US Defense Contractor for 48,100 s/f at 6841 Benjamin Franklin Dr. in Columbia Gateway. With this transaction, Franklin Center is now 80% leased, with 41,000 s/f of remaining availability.
