As part of our monthly membership meeting with annual meeting elections, we are honored to have as our keynote speaker: Augustine Faucher, Senior Vice President and Chief Economist for The PNC Finan- cial Services Group . You may have attended an economic outlook early this year, but we think that the time is now to hear from Gus, the prinicpal spokesperson on all economic issues for PNC. Nylon Capital Center Redevelopment, Seaford At our April 9 membership luncheon, Robert Herrera, partner of the Ninth Street Development Co., spoke about 9SDC’s current $60 million, 22-acre project that promises to revitalize the Town of Seaford - the Nylon Capital - into a premier destination in Sussex County. The 218,000 sq. ft. planned community town center embrac- es both adaptive reuse and new construction and will offer a dynam - ic mix of institutional and recreational spaces.
