A Culture of Belonging We conducted a Voice Engagement Survey to gain insights into our team members’ perceptions of the company. We achieved an 88% participation rate, demonstrating strong engagement from our solution makers in shaping our workplace. One of the key ways we measure our culture is how solution makers respond to the statement, ‘I recommend this organization as a great place to work’. In six years, we have seen a 14% increase, despite the challenges posed by COVID-19 and its aftermath.

The advances in our culture of belonging are a proud development as it relates to acceptance and respect—increasing by an average of 30%. Career development and skill-related training are integral to our strategy. Over 70% of our solution makers participate in regular career training programs, while 90% benefit from comprehensive performance reviews.
