Our Employee Resource Groups Over the past year, we have expanded our Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) from three to five, reflecting our commitment to fostering inclusivity, equality, and sustainability. Our five ERGs cater to nearly 4,000 solution makers who bring diverse perspectives, backgrounds, and experiences to our organization. These groups play a vital role in strengthening our culture of belonging by celebrating cultural heritage, promoting mental health and wellness, supporting young professionals, and fostering environmental consciousness, thereby positively impacting both the workplace and the broader community.

To create a community that acclimates and engages new solution makers to SPX FLOW.

To cultivate a global inclusive environment that supports and encourages STEP members to increase their environmental awareness; impact and drive change through education, stewardship, collaboration, and discussion.

“I am most proud of launching BEGIN’s enterprise-wide mentoring program in 2023 to connect newcomers and early career talent with experienced solution makers. The first year of the program was a resounding success with two-thirds of participants opting to continue their pairings or shuffle and receive a new pairing as we launch the second mentoring class in 2024.”
