Internal Development Opportunities A range of development opportunities, including the provision of learning courses and Management Development Program, are offered to help colleagues acquire the knowledge, skills and behaviours that will contribute to the business and their own personal growth. Yusen Advance Our in-house e- learning platform ‘Yusen Advance’ provides colleagues with access to thousands of learning and self-development training programmes, available online at any time and allows colleagues to create their own development plans.
