Diversity, equity and inclusion We aim to be a company where our colleagues, regardless of their attribution, are equally offered career opportunities and can fulfil their full potential as valued colleagues. We have internal policies clearly stating our promises and provide education and support programmes for colleagues from different backgrounds. We respect all diversity amongst our colleagues and prohibits any Discrimination. This view is reflected in our Equal Opportunities and Dignity at Work policies. Equal Opportunities
Dignity at Work Excerpt Yusen Logistics UK aims to provide a working environment free from any form of harassment, intimidation and bullying. The Company is committed to the principle of equality of opportunity in employment and fully supports the rights of all people to seek, obtain, progress and hold employment without fear of discrimination. Yusen Logistics recognises that any form of harassment and subsequent victimisation or recrimination is unacceptable and will not tolerate or condone such behaviour, regardless of the seniority of those involved. Neither will the Company condone harassment or intimidation by colleagues directed towards third parties e.g. customers / contractors or by these parties directed towards Yusen colleagues.

Yusen Logistics UK has created and delivered an internal mandatory D&I Learning Program to raise awareness and enable all colleagues to be part of creating an inclusive environment that recognises diversity. The programme was first launched with management, we are working to enhance course content and progress is being made to ensure all colleagues' receive this training.
