Feature 6: Anti-corruption, anti-competition and non-bribery

Yusen Logistics UK do not tolerate any activity that conflicts with our anti-corruption, anti-competition and non-bribery policies, and acknowledge the importance of raising awareness and monitoring our activities to prevent any such behaviour.

Feature 7: Whistle-blowing system

Yusen Logistics (UK) Ltd. has established the Whistle-Blowing System as a contact point for colleagues and related parties who need to consult or report concerns relating to breaches of the law or non- compliance, and a dedicated system has been set up to manage the reports. This year, the whistle- blowing system was strengthened by inviting an external organisation to join the system. Yusen Logistics (UK) Ltd operates a comprehensive Whistleblowing process that allows colleagues to raise any concerns they have, confidentially and independently from line their manager. colleagues are able report using a confidential hotline or contact the company’s Compliance Officer directly through a dedicated email address, following which appropriate enquiries are undertaken and, dependent on the nature of the concern, an investigation is completed.

The procedure is clearly set out within the company’s Compliance Code of Conduct policy, awareness of the procedure is continually strengthened and ensured through inclusion of the process within the colleague's handbook, an annual mandatory read of the Compliance Code of Conduct policy by all colleagues, and posters displayed throughout the business setting out how colleagues can lodge a concern.
