Feature 10: Quality improvement Yusen Logistics Group is committed to group-wide quality improvement and innovation activities. Especially in the area of IT, we have focused on improving our internal systems for efficient operations and further developed our core service system the Digital Health Care Control Tower. We are replacing many of our legacy hardware and systems. Our goal is not to replace ‘like for like’ but to improve on process efficiency whilst adopting new technology. We have invested in our Integration solutions and Microsoft based Power Apps to underpin our Digital programme. Our new Digital Healthcare Control Tower provides our customers with a simple, and efficient, way sharing information. Our customers have access to real time updates to track their shipments using our Global Portal – Yusen Vantage.
