EXPERIENCE MATRIX
Introducing Yusen Logistics UK's first Executive Officer Expertise and Experience Matrix. This skill map has enables us to understand the experience expertise of Executive Officers responsible for specific business areas in order to achieve our mission and long-term vision. We compiled a Lumina Select assessment of approximately 50 senior managers and executive officers and the results were well balanced. Lumina Select uses own 16 Competencies developed from extensive research examining relevant work behaviours and link these back to core competencies. This research and development of our own competencies is important to us, which enables us to produce a comprehensive set of Competencies that we feel reflect the complexities of many different work environments.
The 16 Competencies are gathered into four groups, as shown below.
