Epilogue
Sustainability is a very long road ahead of us. The key to our sustainability success is not to be siloed within our organisation, but to have a medium- to long-term vision and to learn together with our colleagues. Our company has been working on environmental considerations, physical and psychological safety of colleagues, and compliance and risk management since before the term 'ESG' was coined. Through the Steering Committee, the management and colleagues have taken the oars in their respective hands and are slowly rowing the ship named Yusen Logistics UK into the ocean of sustainability.
