AUCTIONEER: Mr. Jason Santomaso INSPECTION OF CATTLE: Bulls can be viewed prior to the sale at the ranch anytime, just give us a call. Viewing of bulls on sale day can begin @ 11:00 am at Sterling Livestock Commission. Sale will begin at 1:00 pm. LOT NUMBERS: The bull’s ear tag number will correspond to the sale catalog. BIDDING: Each animal offered for sale will be sold to the highest bidder. Each bid shall constitute an offer to purchase, and the final bid shall constitute a binding contract between buyer and seller. The auctioneer will settle any disputes as to bids, and his decision is final. ONLINE BIDDING: The sale will be hosted on Superior Livestock Auctions & DV Auctions. TERMS: Terms of the sale are cash, unless arrangements are made prior to sale. All settlements are to be made with the clerks of the sale immediately following the conclusion of the sale. SV Cattle Company, LLC will retain a 1/3 semen interest on all bulls sold. PURCHASER’S RISK: Each animal becomes the risk of the purchaser as soon as sold, but will be cared for by the seller with the utmost precautions taken for the welfare of the bulls sold. Any buyer who needs these bulls
to return to SV Cattle Company can do so at their risk until April 30, 2026 . HERD HEALTH: Bulls received Bovi Shield Gold 5 VL5, on 3/17/26.
GUARANTEE & FERTILITY: SV Cattle Company, LLC fully guarantee bulls for the first breeding season (90 days after turn out), excluding death loss, owner neglect & specific to breeding injuries. All injured bulls must be diagnosed by your veterinarian. If a bull fails to breed after a three-month trial, the bull may be returned. We reserve the right to try the bull and if he proves to be a breeder, return it to the buyer at the buyer’s ex- pense. If the bull proves to be a non-breeder, an adjustment will be made by the seller, either by substituting a bull mutually agreed upon as being of equal value, or credit towards a future purchase, or by the refund of the full purchase price. SV Cattle Company, LLC assume no other liability, legal or otherwise, to make any other further compensation to the buyer should a bull purchased in the sale be a non-breeder. No other warrantee of any nature is expressed or implied. Every bull in the sale is, to the best of our knowledge, free from any disease or defect. Every bull has been semen tested by Dr. Mike Coakley. All bulls selling are virgin bulls. All claims must be made by October 1, 2026. LIABILITIES & ACCIDENTS: Everyone attending this sale does so at their own risk and responsibility. The owners and employees of SV Cattle Company, LLC and/or Sterling Livestock Commission assume no liability, legal or otherwise, in the event of accident, bodily injury, or loss of property. ANNOUNCEMENTS: Any changes from information of any kind in the catalog will be announced from the auction block, and such announcements shall take precedence.
