THE OMICRON KAPPA CHAPTER CELEBRATES 20 YEARS
and coaching. Since that time, he has worked his way up the ranks and since 2018 has been the Athletic Director for his high school. Married with two sons, Brother Hall describes that life post-Lehigh has been about building a family and legacy. Maybe one day, his sons’ will be playing college football and wearing Kappa Alpha Phis letters across campus. Hall’s advice for younger brothers, “Make good decisions and be who you want to be.” He went on to say, “If you are committed to excellence, other pieces of life will fall into place and you can still party with your broth- ers…” The Charter Members, along with the brothers who crossed Kappa Gamma, are well connected with the current brothers on all three yards. Using technology and social media, the brothers are able to keep in communi- cation, seeing what they need, and if there is anything that they can do to help. The Charter Members wanted to start a Dynasty, and indeed they have. Not many chapters can say they have bridged the gap between the Char- ter line and the current brothers, but Omicron Kappa can.
