THE WESTERN PROVINCE YEAR IN REVIEW GALLERY
Timothy Woods Western Province Polemarch Greetings Brothers from the Great Western Prov- ince, Out of the night that covers me, Black as the Pit from pole to pole,...In the fell clutch of circum- stance, I have not winced nor cried aloud. Beyond this place of wrath and tears , Looms but the Horror of the shade…It matters not how strait the gate, How charged with punishments the scroll, I am the master of my fate: I am the captain of my soul. COVID-19 is amongst us. We continue to see the spread and continue to hope for continued move- ment towards the control of this pandemic. However, we have, here in the West, continued to seek/meet the needs of many through bike donations/drives, feeding families in need, baby diaper drives, Holiday toy drives, and prayer with the Brothers. Although we remain in a continued state of quaran- tine, isolation, and social distancing, we here in the West have found technological means to continue to mentor our Kappa Leaguers via Zoom and Video conferencing. The use of technology to reach out and remain con- nected to our Senior Kappas by teaching and provid- ing laptops, has been only one of the many initiatives initiated here in the West. Now, more than ever, we must remain diligent in supporting the community and upholding the standards of our Great Fraternity. We will continue to strive to achieve, and we will continue to hope and pray that you and yours are do- ing well and will stay healthy.
