Your First Week
Within the first week of starting at BC Housing, you’ll be contacted by Human Resources to attend an HR Information Session. In this session, we’ll provide a general overview of the organization and you’ll get a chance to meet teammembers from IT, finance. payroll and other parts of the organization who’ll provide details on things like how to sign up for your flex benefits and how to record vacation time. You’ll be provided with helpful tools, links and resources and introduced to our employee programs. Feel free to reach out to our Employee Engagement team if you have any questions.
