Your First Month Within the first month, employees work with their supervisors to complete a comprehensive job-specific training plan which may include on-the-job training, job shadowing, and mandatory in-person and eLearning courses. To ensure both employees and their supervisors have clear expectations, performance measures are put in place and reviewed during the probationary period. We want to ensure that you understand: the elements of your job description (and any other manuals and measurable goals/objectives for the role); our attendance and sick leave procedures, hours of work, and meal/coffee break arrangements; our dress guidelines; and all Health and Safety rules and guidelines.

You’ll also complete our online Standards

of Conduct (SOC) training module.
