Collective Agreements and Terms and Conditions of Employment BC Housing operates in a unionized environment. If you are a bargaining unit employee, you’ll either follow the BC Government & Service Employees’ Union Agreements for our Administrative/Clerical Division or for our Maintenance/Service Division . These agreements include information about conditions of employment such as hours of work, pay scales, leave entitlements and more. Union dues are 1.85 percent of your pay and will automatically be deducted from your salary or wages. If you are an excluded employee, you’ll find information pertaining to you in the Terms & Conditions for Excluded
Management and Terms & Conditions for Excluded Support Employees which will be provided to you by Human Resources. If you haven’t received one, contact our Employee Engagement team.
