Your Role If you don’t have it already, you need a copy of your job description. You can get it from your supervisor, who will explain your role and how it relates to those of your direct colleagues. See how your role fits into your Branch Plan, the organization’s Corporate Plan and the government’s Service Plan. If you don’t see the connection between your role and the organization’s overall mission, just ask. We value and encourage open and ongoing communication and feedback. If you have any questions or concerns, please discuss them with your supervisor.
