One-on-Ones All staff are encouraged to have regular one-on-one meetings with their supervisor, usually every week or two and no less than every month. These meetings are key to keeping each other informed on current work, getting feedback and direction, and sharing issues and concerns. This is also a great opportunity to connect with each other and share ideas and perspectives.
