Performance Reviews

We encourage managers and team members to have performance conversations at least every quarter (those one-on-ones are perfect for this). These conversations are an opportunity to talk about how your work is progressing, what supports you may need and what areas are challenging you the most. Then, once a year, we have a more formal performance review process to track our progress and set our goals for the year ahead. This process is supported by our Talent Management System (TMS), an online system we use to document our performance review process.
