Competencies
We believe there are number of underlying attributes or characteristics that every person needs to be successful at BC Housing. We consider these core competencies and they’re what we base our assessments, growth opportunities and performance on. Don’t worry, you’ll be receiving a full-day of training on these competencies so both you and your supervisor are on the same page on what is expected of you and what you can expect of them. If you’re a supervisor, you’ll also receive training on our leadership competencies .
