Our Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) Policy outlines our commitment to diversity and inclusion both as an employer and as a service provider and includes key considerations around equitable work practices, training and education, recruitment and advancement, and removing barriers to inclusion. This focus on D&I increases our service capacity and enables us to be more responsive, sensitive and helpful to each other and to the diverse stakeholders, individuals and communities with whom we work. Diversity and inclusion not only fit into what we do, this is who we are as an employer, a service provider and a member of our community.
