COMMUNICATION The health of the organization is as dependent on getting information FROM our people as it is on delivering information TO our people. We conduct an annual employee survey to get your feedback on what works and what could be improved in our working environment. Our Semi-Annual Meetings (SAM) see more than 150 staff members from across the organization come together to do a little learning and a little sharing about our corporate goals and objectives, and how best to achieve them. We also conduct onboarding interviews, exit interviews, focus groups and mini-surveys — drawing on the organization’s expertise to ensure we hit the mark.
