Maternity and Parental Leave Benefits
We provide top-up payments during both maternity and parental leave. You’ll also receive full health benefits during this time. Extended Child Care Leave Staff can apply for up to 6 months of Extended Child Care Leave, a great option for parents who might be struggling to find Child Care or for parents who might want a more time with their little ones. With the 12 months of topped up maternity/parental leave, a parent’s total leave could be up to 18 months.
