October Highlights

TPO Sales October brought plenty of tricks and treats, with 262 units funded for $96.7M in TPO volume. Thanks to all departments for the strong month- end push! Favorable rate improvements also fueled new submissions across the board. Higher average loan sizes continue thanks to 5–10 unit, Bridge Star, and Bank Statement loans.

Looking ahead, November’s a sprint, with holidays and shorter weeks, now’s the time to keep the momentum going. Be sure to check out Sean’s new Invest Star Income program, offering rates better than conforming for investment properties, perfect for re-engaging brokers or signing up new ones. Retail Sales Retail wrapped up October on a high note, closing 136 units for just over $37M , up significantly from 92 units and $20M last October. The month was led by Greg Valencia with 30+ closings totaling $7M , and Jessica Reynolds right behind with 30 closings for $6.4M . Everett Brunelle followed with $3.6M , and Jacob Rankins , Michael Ammann , Sean Reihani , and Tim Young each topped $2M . In total, 12 loan officers surpassed $1M in production! 🎉 Special shoutout to Tanner Batcheller and Solly Moussavian , who each closed their first loans at AHL, congratulations! We also saw record-breaking activity with 278 loans opened for $92.3M , our highest ever. Greg led the charge again with 52 opens for $16.25M, followed by Jessica with 33 for $15M, and Jacob , who crushed his “18 in 18 days” challenge by opening 22 loans for $6.2M. Everett was just shy of the 20 club with 19 for $8.4M. And a big congrats to Rylan Talesh on being promoted to LO 2, well deserved!
