Monday April 28th at 11:00AM To be held on site at 16314 County Road 9, Moose Creek (North Stormont), ON REAL ESTATE: This auction includes two parcels of real estate to be sold by public auction by the Power of Attorney(s), Mr. & Mrs. Armour, on behalf of Mrs. Katie Anne MacMillan Parcel #2: Consists of approx. 92 acres more or less (estimated by Vendor based on Tax Assessments, unconfirmed) consisting of approx. 40 acres of cleared land with balance being bush and former pit lands. This parcel includes two properties being sold as one parcel (divided by Cty Rd 9). These lands lie along the East Side Of The Finch-Roxborough boundary Road and are situated within Pt Lt 38 Con 6 North Stormont (Former Roxborough Township). Legal descriptions to be provided on sale day! As per historic soil maps these lands are believed (but not warranted to) include Kars Gravel; Rubicon Sand & Morrisburg Clay Loam.
