the concept of a single source of truth for technical and management data. Collaboration features with TW Cloud support simultaneous multi-user in - puts, configuration management, and requirements traceability to address the rapid prototyping scenario. Teams plan, design, integrate, test, and evaluate digital designs; conduct model-based technical and program - matic reviews; make trade-off deci - sions using cost, schedule, perfor - mance, and risk data; and compete in a competitive demonstration, with one team declared the winner based on Schedule M of the contract. Learning Objectives and Outcomes WSE 006 learning outcomes are anchored in clearly defined terminal and enabling learning objectives em - phasizing application, analysis, and evaluation. Students conduct and execute a complete acquisition life cycle using a model-based or digital
approach to translate requirements into executable designs and use au - thoritative digital acquisition tools as the basis of programmatic decisions. Hands-on learning. Students use the WarU digital ecosystem, which includes Magic Systems of Systems Architect (Cameo), Teamwork Cloud, digital dashboards/splash pages in Cameo, and BrickLink Studio (LEGO® CAD equivalent tool/Digital Twin), paired with physical LEGO™ kits. This reinforces the concept of a single source of truth and demonstrates how digital acquisition supports both execution and decision-making across all functional areas. A defining feature of WSE 006 is the requirement to create digital designs and physically realize them. Teams create three (or more) digital twin designs in Bricklink Studio (LEGO® CAD equivalent tool) and use a gov - ernment-provided design analysis tool (DAT) to determine the strengths and weaknesses of each design and

It reinforces digital engineering and mission engineering as foundational practices, using integrated digital environments and ecosystems along with authoritative technical data ….
