Breach Tyler Durocher-Quinn, 22, of Cornwall, was arrested on April 23 and charged with breaching his recognizance for failing to notify a change of address. It is alleged that on August 6, 2013, police attended the man’s residence to confirm that he was abiding by his conditions and found that he had moved without notifying the Cornwall Community Po- lice Service. On April 23, police located the man at a Montreal Road address and took him into custody. He was charged accordingly and later released to appear in court on May 29. A 23-year-old Cornwall woman was arrested on April 25 and charged with breaching her recognizance by associating with someone that she is not supposed to. It is alleged that on April 25, while on an unrelated call on Brookdale Avenue, police found the woman to be in the company of someone that she has conditions not to associate with. Her name was not released as the recognizance stems from a domestic incident and might identify the victim Bernard Lacombe, 45, of Barrie, Ontario, was arrested on April 26 and charged with breaching two recognizances for failing to abide by his curfew conditions. It is alleged that on April 26, during a traffic stop, the man was found to be out past his curfew. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. Theft under $5000, Breach Brian Colborne, 21, of Cornwall, was arrested on April 23 and charged with theft under $5000, breach of a recognizance for not living at a specified address and failing to keep the peace. He was also charged with breaching a probation order for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged that on April 12, the man attended a Belmont Street address and removed medication that did not belong to him. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and later released to appear in court on May 29. Drug warrant Chad St-Louis, 27, and Jessica Neville, 19, both of Cornwall, were arrested on April 23 and charged with possession of cocaine, possession of methamphetamine, possession of hydromorphone, possession for the purpose of trafficking cocaine and possession of property obtained by crime. It is alleged that on April 23, members of the Cornwall Street Crime Unit executed a drug warrant at a Montreal Road apartment and located approxi- mately 16 grams of cocaine, one hydromorphone pill, three methamphetamine pills for an estimated street value of $1700.00. Also seized were approximately $500 in currency. Nev- ille was released to appear in court on May 29 while St-Louis was held for a bail hearing. Taylor Bergeron, 23, of Cornwall, was arrested on April 23 and charged with theft un- der $5000, possession of controlled substances, possession of a prohibited weapon and breach of a recognizance for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged that on April 23, the man entered a Brookdale Avenue store and removed some razors and steaks making no attempts to pay for the items. The man was taken into custody by police and while in custody, the man was found to be in the possession of brass knuckles, approximately 13 grams of marijuana and unknown pills. He was charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. Warrant A 17-year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on April 25 on the strength of two warrants for having uttered threats and breaching her recognizance by being out without her sure- ty. She was transported to police headquarters and held for a bail hearing. Her name was not released as per provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act. James Labelle, 26, was arrested on April 25 on the strength of a warrant for a theft under incident. It is alleged that on April 25, the man was located at a Brookdale Avenue address and taken into custody on the strength of the warrant. He was transported to police head- quarters and held for a bail hearing. Patrick Tessier, 34, of Cornwall, was arrested on April 26 on the strength of a warrant as he failed to attend court as required for an attempt break and enter charge and a warrant was issued for his arrest. He was transported to police headquarters and held for a bail hearing. A 20-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on April 26 and charged with assault, mischief and breach of probation for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged that on April 26, during an argument with his 15-year-old girlfriend, the man punched her in the shoulder and threw her phone against the wall causing it to break. Assault A 32-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on April 25 and charged with assault. It is al- leged that on April 25, the man was involved in a verbal argument with his 27-year-old ex-girlfriend when he pushed her on two occasions. Police were contacted and an inves- tigation ensued. During their investigation the man was taken into custody and charged accordingly. His name was not released as it might identify the victim in the matter. Threats A 20-year-old Cornwall woman was arrested on April 25 and charged with threats. It is alleged that on April 25, the woman threatened to stab her 21-year-old ex-common law partner. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During their investigation the woman was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. Her name was not released as it might identify the victim in the matter. Impaired Carey Smith, 44, of Cornwall, was arrested on April 26 and charged with impaired opera- tion of a motor vehicle and over 80. It is alleged that in the early morning hours of April 26, the man was operating a motor vehicle on Pitt Street, north of Thirteenth Street, while under the influence of alcohol. He was taken into custody during a traffic stop and charged accordingly. He was transported to police headquarters and later released to appear in court on May 6. Lori Roberts was arrested on April 28 and charged with impaired operation of a motor vehicle and over 80. It is alleged that in the early morning hours of April 28, the woman was found to be operating a motor vehicle in the area of Brookdale Avenue and Thirteenth Street while under the influence of alcohol. She was taken into custody during a traffic stop and charged accordingly. She was later released to appear in court on May 6.
