The coastal town of Portrush attracts tourists from far and wide, making it a lucrative location in which to develop properties. Set on a mile-long peninsula surrounded by the Atlantic Ocean, Portrush is overlooked by the famous Dunluce Castle with blue flag beaches on either side. Property development here is a lucrative prospect, and this is reflected by a dramatic increase in developer interest across the town and surrounding area. The town’s attraction runs wider than its location, though. It’s home to the largest

amusement park in the country as well as a harbour and the historic Royal Portrush Golf Club, one of the best and most challenging golf courses in the world and a host venue for The Open Championship. In 2022, Coleraine housebuilder CBIN Developments began working with Co Antrim-based 2020 Architects to create The Tides, a Portrush development of 11 two- and three-bedroom self-contained modern apartments. The new homes, built on Causeway Street, are set in a most picturesque location overlooking the Irish Sea.

“The developer prides itself on building homes which are quieter, cleaner, healthier, smarter and safer.”
