National beverage company will house ‘White Claw’ storage and distribution center BridgeDevelopment Partners inks industrial lease with Mark Anthony Brewing at Bridge Point 78 P

FORT LEE, NJ — New- mark Knight Frank (NKF) announced the sale of One Bridge Plaza in Fort Lee, on be- half of Mack-Cali Realty Cor- poration . Executive managing director Kevin Welsh, manag- ing director Brian Schulz and associate Jason Emrani of NKF’s Capital Markets group represented the seller in the transaction, along with support from vice chairman and COO of New Jersey, David Simson . The team was also responsible for procuring the purchaser, a private investor. One Bridge Plaza is a 206,500 s/f, 10-story, class A office build- ing that was 69% leased to a di- verse tenant roster at the time of the sale. The property is lo- cated within Fort Lee’s emerg- ing live/work/play lifestyle environment at the entrance to Based in Chicago, Mark Anthony Brewing provides product to essential business- es through local distributors across North America. The company is the second major tenant signed at Bridge Point 78, joining global fashion manufacturer Uniqlo, which in 2019 signed a lease to maintain a 975,761 s/f distri- bution center at the campus. Mark Anthony Brewing was represented by Dan Wilkins of Cushman & Wakefield Chicago, and Bridge was rep- resented jointly by CBRE ’s Pennsylvania and Northern HILLIPSBURG, NJ — Bridge Develop- ment Partners, LLC announced that Mark Antho- ny Brewing, Inc., a producer and distributor of fine wine, premium beer and Ready To Drink beverages, has signed a lease at Bridge Point 78 Phase I for 419,460 s/f. Mark Anthony Brewing will use its space at Bridge Point 78 for the storage and distribution of White Claw beverages. It will begin its seven-year lease inMay 2020, and is expected to employ 100 employees on site once fully operational.
