Are you a Tennis or Pickleball Player looking for an edge on the court or recovering from an injury? The Racquet Sports & Fitness teams will design a specific program to fit and meet your individual needs and goals. 5 Week Program (Start Anytime!) 2 Hours of Individual Training per week Technique & Mobility Evaluation by Racquet Sports Professional 5 Hours of Individual Tennis & Pickleball Instruction with Racquet Sports Professional 5 Hours of Personal Training with Fitness The T.P.F. Program includes:

Members can join the four-week program at any time!
