CHAPLAIN’S EASTER MESSAGE
The Lenten weeks of preparation for Easter are drawing to a close. As we prepare for the school break we come to the holiest week of the year, what our Catholic faith calls “Holy Week.” Here we enter into the greatest mystery of the Lord’s life, the “Paschal Mystery,” his dying and rising to bring us to new life.

ELIZABETH WOODARD
Beth Woodard shares her experience as an Alumni CWA Staff member:
"As a student at CWA, I always knew how blessed I was to be part of this community. I am so grateful for the education and formation I received from K-12. Having the opportunity to see this formation from the other side, as the elementary librarian, has given me a new perspective and reinforced my appreciation for the beautiful school that helped me grow into the woman I am today. I am truly grateful for the role that Clear Water Academy played and continues to play in my life."
ATHLETICS
COACHES CORNER
A MESSAGE FROM OUR ATHLETICS COORDINATOR
So far this year we have had nine alumni back in coaching roles with Crusader Athletics, plus a few others who were able to join us for our volleyball pep rally at the end of November.

As alumni of our school, I invite you to consider the impact that your education at Clear Water Academy has made on your life. Our teaching and administrative faculty are incredibly proud of the men and women that have been a part of our extraordinary school community over the past 28 years. Now that many of our alumni have young families of their own, I am pleased to share the benefits available to you as a future parent at Clear Water Academy.
In appreciation for our former students, we joyfully offer our Alumni Legacy Grant. This grant will provide all former students, regardless of the amount of time you spent at Clear Water Academy, a 20% discount on the cost of tuition for your child(ren). In addition, you will be given priority for our Semper Altius New Family Bursary. Please note that we have all new applicants complete an assessment and those who meet our admissions requirements are offered enrollment at Clear Water Academy. Through our Alumni Legacy Grant , we hope to welcome you and your children to continue to be blessed by our exemplary educational model of Integral Formation as we work in partnership with you to educate and form the next generation of Christian Leaders who will transform society. WELCOME TO THE WORLD
Kassandra Sunstrum (Tobias) and her husband, Liam, are pleased to announce the birth of their first child, Audrey Cheryl on March 13th. The Sunstrum family lives in Calgary, where Kassy teaches at Clear Water Academy and Liam is a co-owner at Yard Dawgs Lawn Care.
REFLECTING ON GENERATIONS
Erin Loftson (Cotter), with her son Thomas, now a Kindergartener, reflects on her experience as an Alumni parent at Clear Water Academy: “Bringing my children to Clear Water Academy, 20 years after I first walked through the doors, has been a surreal experience of coming home.
It gives me great joy to witness the growth and maturity of Clear Water Academy since my time. In these seasons of uncertainty and upheaval for education and culture surrounding my children and their futures, I am grateful to have a school I can trust.”

JOB OPPORTUNITY AT CWA: INTERIM ASSESSMENT COORDINATOR
Clear Water Academy is looking to fill a 16-month position beginning April 2024. This is a part-time position with flexible hours that range from week to week (averaging about 15-20 hours/week) depending on the number of new applicants to CWA. Preference will be given to someone with a Bachelor of Education degree.
