CIPP Prospectus 2017

TRAINING COURSES

Why the CIPP?

CIPP training courses are delivered via classroom learning by the CIPP’s highly experienced and qualified trainers. During the course, practical exercises will be used to cement learning and the trainer will provide support as required.

Course delegate numbers are kept to a size which allows sufficient interaction between delegates and the trainer. Delegates are encouraged to share their own experiences and raise questions so that they can learn from the training content, as well as the experiences of others on the course.

Following attendance on CIPP’s training courses, delegates will receive a six month trial * membership of the CIPP, which includes:

l Two enquiries to the CIPP’s technical Advisory Service helpline l Online Professional in Payroll, Pensions and Reward magazine l News On Line e-newsletter distributed with the latest news, updates and legislation

Benefits to organisations l Confidence that your employees have access to the most up to date information, support and guidance in relation to payroll, pensions and reward to avoid penalties for non-compliance l Motivated employees who feel valued within their organisation – investing in their development through the CIPP will demonstrate that you value them

* Please note that individuals are limited to one trial membership and cannot have had a previous trial membership with CIPP

In-house training If you have more than three members of staff that would benefit from CIPP training, it may be more cost effective to run the training course in-house. Similarly, if you are in a shared office environment and there are a number of employees working for other organisations in your building that would benefit, you could split the cost.

These courses are financially very attractive and rates start from £1,049 per day for up to five delegates.

All of the CIPP’s training courses can be run in-house and the content can be tailored to your specific requirements.

Benefits of in-house delivery include: l Content can be tailored to your own organisations’ needs meaning that your staff will get the best possible results l Commercially sensitive areas can be covered that might not be discussed within a public course environment l Training can be delivered on your own premises which will reduce the cost of attendance when compared to sending staff on public training courses l The course is presented in an environment which will encourage the delegates to interact and fully understand the message being delivered l Time is not ‘lost’ through travelling to and from an external training facility

l Courses can accommodate any number of people which results in the cost per head being significantly reduced. A minimum fee will apply for up to five delegates and an additional cost per head after that l Training can be undertaken at a time to suit the business and the individual needs – you do not have to wait until a public course is running l Team building opportunities as all course delegates have the opportunity to communicate and discuss company policies and strengths
