Who is this course aimed at? Aimed at payroll staff who are required to administer and calculate statutory payments, plus HR and finance staff who have responsibility for advising employees and calculating company reimbursements.

What will I learn? Statutory payments are a common area of confusion for payroll staff. Legislation for maternity, paternity, shared parental and adoption pay is frequently changing and misunderstandings between statutory and occupational entitlement are common. This course concentrates on the complex rules of SMP, SPP, SAP, ShPP and SSP and associated leave and contains all recent legislative changes.
