Who is this course aimed at? Individuals who are involved in the construction industry that need to understand their responsibilities and employment status issues. The course explains the changes to construction industry scheme (CIS) which were introduced in April 2007 and 2015 and the forthcoming changes in 2016 and 2017.
What will I learn? Delegates will learn about Working Time Regulations, definitions of construction operations, employment status and how to ensure that you comply with the law. Delegates will be made aware of all the changes in legislation that affect CIS.
