Example: the cover image should be named Cover; the January image should be named January. • When naming the images, use only the month name—no additional verbiage. • Do not abbreviate the month name. • File extension tags are OK. • Images should be supplied as high resolution. (300 DPI at 10-7/8" x 8-3/8").Add 1/8" on all sides for full bleed. • A hard copy of all images with the disk. For 350, 360, 375 you must submit the following information with your order: 1. Choose grid type (choices shown at left) and indicate start month. 2. Indicate second color for grid from the seven shown. If no color is indicated, second color will be grey. 3. For grids B & C, provide ad copy in a digital format, either the same for all months or different copy for each month. Name copy by appropriate month. 4.
