Office (cont.) PRISMMAX ™ PrismMax ™ allows you to reproduce your full-color design or logo by scanning a flat, full-color image or printing your computer-generated art. PrismMax ™ Artwork: Artwork must be submitted electronically and a hard-copy color output must be mailed for color matching. Do not send 4-color separated art. Separations will be done in our art department. Exact color match cannot be guaranteed on 4-color process. Please submit color photographs and/or final, full-color art (printed or on disk) only.We cannot accept the following: slides, transparencies, photo negatives, film, low-resolution (halftone) prints, black-and-white separations (with two or more colors), Polaroid ® photos, photos 3" x 5" or smaller. Original art size cannot exceed 11" x 17".We reserve the right to determine acceptability of submitted art.Additional art and/or alternate charges may apply. Please do not crease or mark on the photo(s) to be used. Submit a sketch of the required layout with your order. Submit art proportioned to size and design layout. Multiple Location Imprints For screen print and heat transfer, varies by item. For deboss and foil stamp, varies by item. Notice Fabric dye lots may naturally have some color variation. The cotton/canvas material is not designed for extended exposure to moisture. As a result, colorfastness of the material cannot be guaranteed. Genuine leather will have naturally occurring variations in color and surface.When imprinting on leather, the depth of the imprint and shade may vary throughout an order due to the characteristics in each individual hide.These natural variations are your assurance that it is genuine leather. Padfolio Sizing All sizes are approximate. Finished goods may vary plus or minus 1/2" in each direction. Minimum Line Weights and Type Sizes Arial typeface is recommended, using a minimum 15 point font size. Minimum line weight is 2 point. Placing Orders Standard Production Times Production time is listed on each product’s page and available on all catalog quantities. Seasonal fluctuations and size of order might affect production times. Production time begins the day after receipt of the complete order or after final proof approval. Note: Due to manufacturing schedules for Dairy products, 2020 orders cannot ship prior to July 1, 2019. Samples Samples are available on all products upon request. Please provide your shipping account information along with your sample request. Please specify calendar year of sample on purchase order. Due to production, some samples (example: diary products and Touchpoint products) may not utilize the 2020 calendar year on the samples. Ad Copy/Artwork Repeat Orders (Applies to ad copy only) Provide last year’s order number with a copy of last year’s ad and note any changes.Ad copy is kept electronically at the factory for two years. Unless repeat orders reference last year’s order number, they will be processed as a new order and the ad reset. Packaging We offer multiple packaging options for our calendar products. Please see the product page at bicgraphic.com for details.

Personalization This option will add 1 day to the standard production time.

Personalization is only available on select calendar products.All names must be supplied electronically and received at the factory no later than September 15th to guarantee preholiday delivery. Faxed copies are not acceptable. Orders will not be produced until complete list is received. To qualify for early pricing, we must receive lists by July 1.

Supplying Names Please submit your list of names using an Excel ® spreadsheet, formatted like the example to the right.

We will not proofread lists of names.Therefore, we cannot be responsible for errors. Supply names exactly as you want them to appear on the calendars in the correct format. If you choose Small Caps or Brush Script, your list or file must be supplied in upper/lower case. If not specified, the standard type style will be used. If the order quantity exceeds the personalized quantity, please specify what we are to do with the balance.Additional charges may apply. We will not add, delete, or change names on lists already produced. Planner Personalization Copy Location Standard Copy Location: Lower right-hand corner of the front cover. Copy may be one or two lines.Two-line requests will be flush left or flush right, please specify. Restrictions on the number of characters may apply. On the 8585 & 8654, name will appear on lower, front cover centered or right justified. Call factory for more information.

Individual Mailing of Personalized Calendars Please supply personalized names and addresses in the same document. Excel ® or delimited text files are preferred.

Mailing This option will add 1 day to the standard production time. Due to ongoing US Postal regulations with the“Move Update Program”, we cannot process individual mailed orders more than 45 days prior to your requested ship date. Special Note: Styles 6251, 6252, 6254, 6256, and 6405 utilize 27-1/2” tubes.These cannot be mailed using a bulk rate and require first-class mailing. Call factory for current mailing costs. Super Saver Service We will generate mailing labels from a customer-supplied Excel ® spreadsheet, label packages, and mail. Spreadsheet format requirements are detailed on the next page. $0.25(g) each for non-personalized calendars $0.10(g) additional, each for personalized calendars plus postage costs at current rates. Regular Mail Service If an Excel ® spreadsheet is not available, we will generate an electronic mailing list from the customer supplied hard copy (hard copy can include, but is not limited to, printed hard copy list or mailing labels). $0.35(g) each for non-personalized calendars $0.10(g) additional, each for personalized calendars plus postage costs at current rates.

Invoices Invoices will be sent after orders are produced, regardless of when shipped.
