Leverage each of the "Great Local Brands" to drive added value within ADvantage and for the Brands. Identify key strategic initiatives between the vendor-partner and Brand and work towards shared value.
Use Case Benefits: Primary Benefits: • Increase ADvantage value to vendor partners • Build relationships between ADvantage, vendor partner and Category • Strategically align to key priorities which enable shared accountability and relationship building
Process/Analytical Steps:
Metrics to Review:
1. As part of the vendor onboarding, ADvantage Partner will reach out to Category and Supply Chain stakeholders to identify areas of collaborative opportunity or metrics to improve. Joint alignment on targeted opportunities and improvement if applicable. 2. Advantage Partner and Manager have existing relationship with the Category and Supply Chain teams, understanding main themes and actionable issues within the Category. 3. ADvantage Partner will bring data driven suggestions to the Category team to influence improvement- based solutions. Partner will monitor benefits against solutions and document value / win 4. The Brands will partner with ADvantage to invite its leadership to participate during leadership meetings to show the vendor solidarity and accountability across the organization to the program and the collaborative nature for which it stands.
