Growth Paycom’s strategy of aggressive tech development drove year-over-year growth revenue of 14% for 2020, with annual revenue reaching $841 million in our 22nd year of existence. At the end of the year, our roughly 4,200 employees serve more than 31,000 clients nationwide — numbers that can be expected to increase for years to come. Our technology offices in Oklahoma City and the Dallas area are supported by 50 sales offices (and growing!) throughout the country.
