Pray that we may all burn with a desire for souls, and that our lives may measure up to the standard given by Christ himself that we may not be ashamed before Him at His coming. Soochow has a population of 600,000. Six denominations have been at work there, some of them covering a period of 30 years and now there are perhaps over 1000 professing Christians. Thinking of the unsaved thousands will you pray for perfect harmony and spiritual unity among all the missionaries at work there, and for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit upon that city, its missionaries and native believers; one that shall be far reaching in ter ritory, and time, even for the glory of our Lord through eternity?
