Auction Terms & Conditions • The sale will be conducted under Australian Livestock & Property Agents (ALPA) terms and conditions as displayed in the back of this catalogue. Alternatively, please see the Hayes & Co office on the day to register. Bidding System • This sale will operate under a bid card system. Sale Location • The sale will be held at the Silverdale Selling Complex, 5380 Cunningham Highway, Silverdale, Queensland, 4307. Catering • A canteen will be available on the sale day. Sale Time & Sale Inspection • The Bulls will be avaliable for viewing and you can meet the vendors from 3:00pm Friday the 4th of September 2026 with drinks and catering from 4pm. • The bulls will be penned and available for inspection from 8 am on Sale Day Saturday 5th of September 2026. Selling to commence at 10 am sharp. All times in the catalogue are displayed in AEST. Private Inspections • Private inspection of the sale teams can be arranged prior to sale day. Animal Identification • All bulls are branded and tattooed as per the Australian Charolais Society regulations. All lots are permanently identified in accordance with the National Livestock Identification Scheme (NLIS). EBVs • EBVs for all bulls are from the Charolais Society and are current as of JUNE 2026 (June 2026 Australasian Charolais Single-Step BREEDPLAN) • EBVs highlighted red to show good characteristics in the top 20% of the Charolais breed. DNA • All bulls have had a 100k DNA test carried out. Vaccinations • All bulls listed in this catalogue have been vaccinated in accordance with the Immune Ready Guidelines. • The Immune Ready Guidelines information is listed on page 6 of this catalogue Mating Verification • All bulls have been Sire Verified or Parent Verified by DNA testing andthis is listed on each bull profile by either symbol listed below • Sire verified = SV • Parent Verified = PV Bovine Progressive Ataxia (BPA) • Is a neurodegenerative genetic disease in Charolais pure bred cattle only, that causes an unsteady gait, stiff hind limbs, and an eventual inability to stand. • Free = Will not develop or pass on the mutation • Carrier = Appear completely normal but can pass the gene to 50% of their progeny. Freight • Free freight to 13 major centres organised by our nominated livestock carrier. See page three for centre locations. • Any delivery outside of the 13 listed sale yards will be at buyer's cost or to be discussed with the individual vendor of your purchase. • Hayes & Co will organise the distribution of sale bulls at the end of the sale that require transport. Insurance • It is the purchasers responsibility to arrange insurance of there purchase if they so require at the fall of the hammer.
