Installing a city-owned trash capture CDS. Lifting the CDS unit in place, cutting into and connecting the existing 66" storm drain RCP to the CDS units. Crafting a collapsible weir, installing manhole riser, shoring, excavation, and backfilling, bypass pumping and/or groundwater dewatering, constructing two new driveways and an AC pad for maintenance trucks, and traffic control.
