• Executing Safety Campaigns : developing and conducting one-on-one inspections and spot checks during safety campaigns and providing refresher training on safety processes to reinforce compliance and awareness across the portfolio. • GembaDocs Implementation : piloted the GembaDocs dynamic SOP creation tool, which has transformed the way SOPs are generated and utilized across the department. This tool allows staff to document procedures in a more user-friendly and visual format, streamlining the SOP creation process and making it easier for teams to adopt, access and share best practices.
Crew Site Inspections : exceeded the year-to-date target for site inspections across the portfolio by 27 per cent. SOP Creation and Standardization : supported the Parks Operations Team by addressing audit findings by developing more than 70 SOPs that cover critical operational activities that help bridge communication gaps, provide staff with clear instructions and create a reliable reference for training and operational consistency. Special Projects • 2024 Annual Health and Safety Plan : a comprehensive health and safety plan and e-learning modules for operational training. • Collaboration with the Corporate Health and Safety Initiatives : developed a digital joint Health and Safety workplace inspection form and successfully achieved a 100 per cent review of job hazard analyses for all at-risk job activities.
