It has truly been a year of growth, collaboration and innovation, with the Leannovators leading the way! Let’s keep the momentum going as we continue to improve, one small step at a time. Leannovation builds bridges across departments and teams through various platforms and initiatives: • Waste Watchers Newsletter and Video Series : Keeps everyone inspired and informed with Lean success stories. • Lean Champions Committee : A group of dedicated Lean advocates who lead by example, support improvement projects, and share best practices to spread Lean culture across the organization.
• Improvements Channel : A digital space for sharing ideas and celebrating wins across Public Works. • Quarterly Lean Cafes : Casual, collaborative sessions where staff share pain points, demo Lean tools and brainstorm solutions.
