CRM Dashboards Overview and Significance The CRM Dashboard serves as a vital tool for managing and analyzing public works activities. Dashboards play a critical role in our operations by consolidating diverse data sets into a single, accessible interface. They allow for real-time monitoring of key performance indicators, enhancing our ability to respond quickly to community needs and ensuring that we are on track with our goals. By visualizing data, dashboards empower staff to identify trends, forecast challenges, and make data-driven decisions, enhancing our overall operational efficiency. Utilization Our team utilizes the CRM Dashboard daily to track service requests, dispatch work responsibilities efficiently, project progress and departmental performance metrics. The user- friendly interface allows staff to quickly access vital information. Connecting Departments and the City The dashboard fosters collaboration and communication across departments by providing a shared platform where everyone can access the same information. This connectivity helps us stay aligned on priorities, promotes transparency, improves efficiency and enhances our ability to serve residents collectively. Attached are images of the CRM Dashboard in action, showcasing its user-friendly interface and key features. These visuals highlight how staff interact with the system, as well as the various metrics displayed, reinforcing its role in our daily operations.

The dashboard features a dynamic, GIS-based map, with various markers representing active service requests. Each marker is color-coded based on the number of days the case has been open, providing a quick visual reference for the Forestry team. On the left side, there’s a sidebar with filters that allow users to refine requests by emergencies, status and priority. Below the map, a summary panel displays service request details, including a hyperlink to the CRM case file for additional information. At the top are key metrics, including active case count, high-priority cases and average lead time. Overall, the dashboard integrates geographic data seamlessly, empowering the Forestry team to efficiently dispatch staff to specific locations, enhancing their operational effectiveness and service delivery.
