Just wanted to reach out to provide feedback on my recent experience with a plumber in the water department. I have nothing but good things to say about Suzy. She arrived very quickly after I placed my call in on Saturday, Nov. 9 for dropping my keys down the sewer. She was professional, friendly and did not mind going back to the shop to pick up a pump. I was extremely impressed how she handled the situation, as I imagine some people would have given up.

Hi, Nicole, Thanks for your help. I must say that you are one of the most pleasant and helpful people I have talked to in a long while.
On Friday Sept. 27, 2024 around 10 a.m., the Vaughan Service employee named “Casimo” came through to clean the park. Some teenage boys where being pretty rough and causing a bit of a ruckus and my two young children were not able to enjoy the swings because of what the boys were doing. The Service employee noticed this and spoke to the boys and they decided to move on and we were able to use the swings. We spoke with him for a couple of minutes afterwards and he went on with his cleaning duties. My daughters really wanted to say thank you to him for doing that. Please let him know what he did was very much appreciated. Thank you.

Just wanted to compliment and give a shout out to my recycling crew. They pick-up around 5:30 a.m. on Wednesdays. There was a lady and a man who are always kind and do a great job! Thanks for everything!
