Employee Engagement Transportation Fleet Management Services Focus Area: Teamwork and Information Sharing Our initiatives are categorized in buckets: Increased Communication, Information Sharing, Job Shadowing and Mentorship Program. • Divisional Operations Meetings : Opportunity for staff to discuss operational activities, resolve issues, discuss opportunities with the Director. • Cross-Functional Departmental Meetings : Will be inviting a speaker from different departments to speak on topics we are interested in or if their area needs clarity on a program that is coming up or commencing.
• Quarterly Tailgate Meetings : Allows frontline staff to ask questions and build relationships with non-Roads office staff. • Townhalls : Foster open communication between leadership and employees. Platform to share and discuss and encourage transparency and collaboration. #2 Service-Based Contact List : Internal staff are unsure of who to contact for specific services.
